We ship to USA with USPS, to Canada with Canada Post, and worldwide with Canada Post International.

CANADA (Orders above $135 USD receive FREE shipping)
Canada Post Expedited - Duties & Taxes Included (4-7 days): $5 (Orders $88 - $124.99 USD)
Canada Post Expedited - Duties & Taxes Included (4-7 days): $10 (Orders below $88 USD)

USA (Orders above $135 USD receive FREE shipping)
USPS Priority - No US Duties or Hidden Fees (5-7 days): $5

Please note that duties or import fees will be prepaid at checkout. You will NOT incur any additional duties upon delivery.

Please note that we are shipping as normal throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. We will continue to monitor the situation and update customers accordingly.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by ASPROVSKI at the time of purchase. Each package will be inspected prior to being shipped, if an item is damaged during shipping, ASPROVSKI will not be held responsible. All packages are shipped from Canada.

ORDER DISPATCHING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however we reserve the right to dispatch within 72 hours. The time may occasionally change due to unforeseen occurrences with order volumes.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
We currently do not offer refunds unless we find that a damaged product has been sent. Exchanges are accepted, however the buyer must consult with our customer service team prior to shipping back their order. Get in contact with customer service.

FRAUDULENT ORDERS
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we deem to be fraudulent. Prior to doing so, we will make every effort to contact the buyer before refunding the order subject to a 6.25% cancellation fee that we impose to cover credit card, Shopify, and other related fees.

COMPLAINTS
We'd be happy to consider any complaints you may have, and we ask that you direct these complaints to our support email address, sales@asprovski.com. While there is no guarantee of a resolution, each case will be looked at individually. We aim to respond to, and resolve any issues that may arise within 48 hours.

PAYMENT METHODS
ASPROVSKI utilizes a variety of secure payment options, ensuring a safe and optimal payment solution for our customers. The customer will be subject to their inherent terms and conditions in congestion with the terms and conditions of ASPROVSKI when purchasing a product.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING AN ORDER
An order may be cancelled up until the payment has been processed. Once the payment has been complete the order is being processed in our system and can not be cancelled. Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address – unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake.
