SHIPPING POLICY

All packages are shipped directly from Canada via trusted couriers (USPS for US orders, Canada Post for Canadian & International orders). All shipments are fully insured and trackable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada

  • Orders over $135 USD: FREE Shipping
  • Orders $88 – $124.99 USD: $5 USD (Canada Post Expedited, 4–7 business days, Duties & Taxes Included)
  • Orders under $88 USD: $10 USD (Canada Post Expedited, 4–7 business days, Duties & Taxes Included)

United States

  • Orders over $135 USD: FREE Shipping
  • Standard Shipping: $5 USD (USPS Priority, 5–7 business days, No Duties or Import Fees)

Rest of World

  • Orders over $250 USD: FREE Shipping
  • Standard International: Calculated at checkout via Canada Post Tracked Packet International

ORDER DISPATCHING & HANDLING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume drop releases, dispatch time may take up to 72 hours. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Due to the limited-batch nature of our releases, all sales are final. However, we accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us immediately at sales@asprovski.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

Orders can only be canceled or updated prior to fulfillment and dispatch. Once an order is processed, shipping addresses and items cannot be changed. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect our customers, ASPROVSKI reserves the right to cancel any orders flagged as fraudulent by our payment processing system. If an order is canceled due to high fraud risk, a notification will be sent prior to processing the refund.
